questions that you might want answers to:

Is having a videographer actually worth it?

Yes. And I’m not just saying that because I am one. Using video and audio - it creates a completely different way to experience and remember your wedding. Photos are classic and timeless, but you can’t truly see the depth of emotion and experience your wedding through a still image.

I’m not going to get the same shots as your photographer.

You’ll have a picture of your spouse saying their vows during your ceremony, but without a videographer...you won’t get to hear the nervousness in their voice.

Also, realistically not everyone you invite will be able to attend your wedding, and that’s okay. But you’ll still have a way to share it with them!

You won’t remember most of your wedding day. I mean this with love.

But it seriously goes by so fast and there’s so many little moments you’ll forget even happened or didn’t get a chance to see because you can’t be everywhere. But having a videographer means you don’t have to miss a thing.

Do you charge a travel fee?

A travel fee will be added to your package total if your wedding is more than 60 miles from Murfreesboro, TN. The amount of the travel fee depends on your location, to take overnight stays, gas, and food into consideration.

How long does it take to get our wedding film back?

I want to make sure that your wedding video is FIRE (are the kids still saying that??) but I don’t want to cut corners or rush editing it to be so. Usually it takes me 2-3 weeks to edit a single wedding film from start to finish, so it takes a few months during wedding season to deliver your film. After your wedding you'll receive access to a page that shows where your wedding film is in my queue.

How will I receive my wedding film?

Upon delivery, you’ll receive a web link where you can view, download, and share your wedding video with family and friends. You will also receive a USB drive with your wedding film and any additional purchased footage on it.

Do you have a second shooter?

In most cases, it’s just me. I believe that I’m able to get all the shots I need to adequately film your wedding day from start to finish by myself. I also don’t want you to feel more awkward or overwhelmed with having even more people tailing you, if I’m being honest. If you feel like you would benefit from me bringing someone along or you’re having a larger wedding, we can chat about second-shooter package options.

Do we get to pick the music for our wedding film?

As much as I’d love to have your favorite song playing through your wedding film, due to licensing constraints that’s not always an option. As a video creator, I have to purchase the rights to use songs in any type of video. Licensing for major artists can be upwards of thousands of dollars for one song. I always ask for your preferences as to genre, style, etc. and will try to find the perfect song that works with the mood of the wedding video.

Is there a deposit that has to be paid?

Because there are only so many dates in a year I want to make sure I’m locked in for yours! The non-refundable retainer fee/deposit is sent after signing the contract and makes sure that I will not make any other plans on your wedding day. The retainer is $350 and comes off of the total price. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to getting married

What if I'm camera shy?

Having pictures taken is awkward for most of us. Being ON CAMERA is even more awkward. But I love to laugh and cut up so I will make a lot of really bad jokes in hopes that you feel more comfortable and relaxed.

I also don’t want you to look like a model. I want you to look like you. I want you to act like you. I’m not going to ask you to do something or pose a certain way that is going to make you feel unnatural. In fact, I probably won’t pose you at all. If anything I’ll give you a bit of guidance on what to do and let you do your thing and be yourself.

How do I book you?

If you’re interested, contact me! It doesn’t matter how - website, email, FB messenger, text, etc. I love video chatting with any potential couples in order to “meet” each other first! Its important to me that we mesh since I’ll be hanging out with you all day on your wedding day, and I don’t want you to feel like you’re hiring a stranger. This is also an easy way to answer any questions you have without going back and forth. If you think I’m a good fit, I’ll send you an invoice for the retainer, and a contract to look over and sign.
