Taylor and Kyle | My First Wedding of 2022!

Walking into the bridal room for Taylor and Kyle's I was greeted with friendly faces and filming their wedding felt like hanging out with family. I've gotten to know their close circle of family and friends over the past year through filming their weddings! I filmed Kyle's sister's wedding in October of 2021 and one of Taylor's best friends was one of my first weddings ever. (And I love to stay in touch with my couples so we made our friendships Facebook official shortly after, obviously.) Besides knowing half of the wedding party by name already, everyone was so easy going and there to just have fun and celebrate "Tayur" and Kyle. We started the day by running a hour and a half behind (which happens), but no one was stressing because at the end of the day it didn't matter that we stuck to a strict timeline. All that mattered was that we had fun doing it.

There was so much thought put into every detail. The flowers, the signage, the table cards, and even the wedding party gifts. Taylor's favorite color is black (if you couldn't tell) and it looked so elegant and played off of the white and gold accents so well! Everyone was surprised she didn't walk down the aisle in a black dress, but she said she had already committed to a white wedding dress before she thought about it.

OH. And she wore a FRINGE bridal robe while she was getting ready. All the ladies looked amazing, but I was obsessed with her fringe robe and might have to add that to my list of favorite wedding items. (;

And can we talk about the bar for a second? When I asked Kyle what he was most looking forward to (besides marrying Taylor of course) his answer was the bar. Just a Splash has this gorgeous 360 bar that was a huge hit and looked beautiful on the covered patio of the Barn at Sycamore Farms venue.

Memorable Moment: It is a given that any couple wants to have fun at their reception but

Taylor and Kyle really wanted to make sure that everyone else was having a great time too. They brought in JD's Music to liven up the dance floor and supply a photobooth for keepsakes. BUT, they offered a cash prize to their wedding party for whomever could come up with the best reception entrance. You can bet I shared that on my Tik Tok (that I don't know how to use...so give it some love)!

Almost had me crying: Taylor and Kyle aren't a mushy gushy couple - which I respect because my husband and I aren't either. But they did write letters to each other to read shortly before the ceremony to try to calm each others' nerves. While the couple chose not to read their personal letters aloud, as they read each other's letter to the other you could see that despite the lack of pda and the playful arguing: there was a lot of love and admiration between them.
